Due to the nature of the construction business, and the need to travel throughout the greater bay area, you must have a valid drivers' license and reliable transportation. You must own your own basic hand tools, and additional tools may be required. As of January 1, 2006, the state of California requires that all Journeyman electricians must be licensed, or registered for the license exam, and apprentices will be required to enroll in a California state approved apprenticeship program.
